Have you ever wanted to connect your Teacher class and neighboring ProTeam class but didn’t know how to get started? Well, we can help you with that! This session will detail the partnership between Teacher Cadets and ProTeam students at Latta High School and Latta Middle School. TCs and PTs partner together for mentorship, meet weekly to discuss goal setting, and reflect on progress made. Partner groups also use Google Classroom and shared Google Docs to collaborate and communicate. Through the partnership, TCs gain valuable leadership skills, refine their capacity for reflection, and develop strategies for building relationships. PTs examine strengths and areas for improvement while developing goal setting and management strategies. Come learn the “ins and outs” of this strategic partnership!
